I have users on Windows 10 and Windows 11, printing via HPClick. However, some files, but not all, display an error, which doesn't give any useful information apart from the document name, and the file wont' print.

Event viewer has no errors and the systems are up to date driver wise. As I said, some files print with no issue from the same location.

The file name can be quite long, 40+ characters, but no special characters and the file can be opened and printed via Adobe reader so the file path and name can't be too long.

If you rename the file with something shorter, such as 4 digit number like 1234, it prints ok via HPClick.

Any one have a solution for this.

copy it to your desktop and print from there. seems to be a file path length issue, had the same problem here
