Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am having issues setting up HP Click. I have just gotten a new tower and after I had installed HP Click it pops up blank and doesn't load. I had a large format printer HP DesignJet XL 3600 MFP that I need to connect to it. I had tried updating my computer, reinstalling the application and nothing, it still pops up blank.
