HP Recommended
Product: HP Designjet T2530PS V4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The HP Click application loads splash screen but goes no further (currently verson 4.1)

 

I've uninstalled and reinstalled version 4.0 and that loads but it immediately updates itself in  the background and once the application is restarted, has the same issue.

 

I've tried this on both Windows 10 and Windows 11 (both are Professional version)

 

How can i resolve this
