Hi!
Is there any possibility to install the HP Color LaserJet CP1210 Series Toolbox on Windows 10?
And if yes, could anyone post the download link as I was not able to find it ....
If there is no possibility to install the toolbox, is there any other possibility to override an empty cartridge?
Thanks
Andreas

Hi @ah4192,
Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums!
I see that you're wondering if the HP Toolbox is available for your printer in Windows 10. I will certainly do my best to help you and please remember to return to this thread and mark 'Accept as Solution', if I have successfully helped you resolve the issue. If you wish to say 'thanks' for my effort to help, click the 'thumbs up' to give me a Kudos.
The drivers available for download on Windows 10 are the basic print drivers only. They do not include the HP Toolbox utility.
NOTE: Use this software for first time USB installations only. Do NOT attach USB cable until prompted by the install program
The HP Color LaserJet Plug and Play package:
- Click here to download the print driver.
In addition, if the cartridge is empty you will need to replace it to resume printing.
I hope this information is helpful. Please respond to this post with the results. Good Luck!

Your answer is not a answer. I have the same qustion about Windows 8.1. How do I get the toolbox as I have changed my computer from a Vista computer to a newer model. If there is no toolbox available, how do I CALIBRATE and/or CLEAN the printer?
Or do I have to throw away the printer after replacing the 4 expensive cartridges that were replaced in one of the troubleshooting steps?

I have been trying to figure this one out for a while too. So, if there is no toolbox for Windows 10, is there any way to get supply status updates? I used to get warnings when a cartridge was getting low, and now I cannot find any way to get tomer levels be visible on my screen. Is this just not an option anymore? Thank you.

I need a solution to not having the toolbox to calibrate my printer. This is happening to me as well. If you can provided me with the Windows 8 link - which it sounds like you referenced is available - then we can run the toolbox in a Windows 8 compatibility mode.

As a follow-up a year later, I waited for about 6 months for an answer. I got nowhere. So I will provide a step-by-step approach on how I solved the problem without HP's help.
I took out the 4 used cartridges then turned them in to Staples and received a $2/cartridge refund, for a whopping $8 credit. I then took the 3 new cartridges that I bought in the troubleshooting step and returned those for credit also. Then I took the printer and ceremoneously smashed it and replaced it with a new HP printer.
Problem solved. Please mark this as such.

Download VMWare Workstation Player, then build a Windows XP SP3 VM from an ISO (or windows Vista if you prefer), then pass the USB printer through to the virtual machine and now you can still run the utility you need and any other programs that require older OS's
