My printer delivered yesterday afternoon. Unpacked it and got everything plugged up.  Since it started up, it went thru a hardware check screen, after that completes it starts an "Initializing" Screen where it proceeds to try to count to infinity.  I've turned off/on, unplugged the power, unplugged the network.  I can't get past the initializing screen.  I've been waiting on the spinning wheel for the chat support for 2 hours.  Hoping someone here can help.  Thanks!

It might be corrupted firmware. I have attached the Firmware update readme file for this device. Go to support.hp.com and download the current 5.5 firmware to a USB stick and then follow the walkup usb firmware update instructions in the attached document.
