Product: HP Color LaserJet Flow E87740

Company just purchased this model. We track # of prints by a 6 digit job number. I entered the #'s  in device user accounts and used the job # again for the access code. This works, but I also noticed you can put in any 4-8 digit code and it will print. Is there a way to only allow access codes that I program in to print??? In order to also track staff prints I have entered their name and assigned each individual an access code. Again, they can still put in and random numbers and it will print.
