Finally worked for me as well. Had to apply this firmware mentioned on previous posts.

Only thing was I had to hardwire the printer to the laptop as the update was not working over wifi

Worked on mine, problem mow its that it keeps jamming the paper in top outlet, seems that upper roller stopped working. This is ridiculous.

Hello support.I am also having the same issue on a windows 11 PC

 

I tried downgrading using a USB cable as I cannot get it to work over wifi, but the firmware datecode still shows as 20220414

I'm not HP Support but many of us resolved it by loading the October (newer) patch identified earlier by downloading to your Win PC and loading the firmware upgrade. 

There are some tricky steps you may have to try to get it to take which are outlined in the thread. Good luck!

Yes, send upgrade error its gone by downloading and installing October update, however, the top roller stops working after the update, even if you downgrade to April version upper roller turns dead! Im not the onlyone having this issue

update:  I finally got the firmware installed and now I have the ' paperjam/ top roller doens't work' issue!!!  Anyone figure out how to fix the fix?  I can't believe HP isn't even trying to help!  Very frustrating!

 

 

I have the same resend message.  Please help.  I've tried reinstalling it from my printer and from my computer.  Neither works. Thanks!
