Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since the last firmware update I can no longer print.

Message: Consumable problem for all toner cartridges.

I'm using NOT original toner, and it is my right to use the consumables I want...
I have already phoned HP support twice and had a fight, they don't have a procedure.
I tried to download the old firmware, but I can't install it: I tried with ethernet connection and also usb, the sending starts, it tells me that the printer is in an error state, but it seems to proceed anyway ...

I wait about a minute , or more, and a smiling face comes out on the right.

I turn off the printer and turn it back on and the firmware has not changed, and the error still occurrs.
Why?

Please help me...

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
