I have a Macbook Pro running macOS 11.1 Big Sur and I have Office 365 suite. I am unable to print any document type doubled sided on my HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M277DW printer. I have everything set correctly. I even tried it on my work computer which is a Dell Laptop with Windows 10 and office 365 and it doesn't work there either. This has to be something with my printer. I have thoroughly searched and tried many suggest ions without any luck. Any suggestions??

Thanks for the additional info. However, I finally realized that I needed a second sheet of information in order to print duplex. Once I did that, I was able to print double sided.

@jsellis2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to print on both sides. According to the printer specification, this printer supports this feature.
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
