Product: HP Photosmart D7560 Printer

Older retired printer but would be perfect for my limited printing needs. The driver is on a CD and no download is available online.  HP site says to use Windows provided driver, but computer doesn't recognize.

 

I would really hate to have to buy a printer when this was free and unopened. i am printing notes so not special features needed.

 

Any help?

I see that you are facing an issue with installing drivers on windows for your old Printer.

Request you to follow the below steps to fix the issue.

 

Unfortunately, the HP smart app or the software is not available for your printer model.

Install the printer with Windows built-in driver.

You can refer to this document to install the printer and let me know if that resolves the issue.
