I need help - in the middle of preparing graduation - new MacBook Air from the office - HP DESKJET 3510 works fine on my PC. Got cable to connect MAC BOOK AIR to HP DESKJET -- worked fine for a day. Then stopped. Rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled the HP software from the HP website, rebooted. STILL MACBOOK AIR does not find the printer. Have disengaged the Ethernet function on printer. Have reset the printer to factory setting. I don't know what else to do. Please HELP!!
Our IT department was not able to help

The printer does not have an ethernet port, you may check the printer specifications
To better assist,
- How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?
If wireless,
- Is your printer connected to a home network or public network?
- What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or an iPhone?
- What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
