Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Good day

Hope you can help me with this. I am using the printer for months now, then after a few weeks of storage, when using it again, printer is not detected anymore. tried the cd software and online download of HP smart, but still cannot find the printer. I even bought 2 new computer printer cable, thinking maybe cable was damaged, but still after download of driver, it cannot find my printer. USB port has been transferred to all ports available in the laptop. I also tried connecting it with other laptop, it can see the printer, however, when sending docs to print, there is no output, no queue as well, nothing comes out. I bought a simple printer for a basic function and simple printing needed will be address, however, i spend so many times trying to uninstall and install, but its wasting my whole day of work trying to connect but no success. Please help me on this. Thank you

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help.

It could be a case where the USB port on the Printer is not working.
