I own an HP DeskJet 2700 All-in-One Printer that was recently serviced under warranty due to smudged printouts. While it was being serviced, I canceled my HP InstantInk subscription and moved to a new location with a different WiFi network. The printer is still registered to my HP account, but it is showing as "offline" or "not connected." I have tried multiple factory resets, unplugging it for a while and then powering it back on, but it still will not connect. The printer has ink cartridges installed and it printed a status report page this evening, so I know it is functioning mechanically. However, I cannot reactivate my InstantInk subscription until the printer connects and shows as "online" in my HP account, both on the HP website and in the HP Smart app. I have tried using both the web login and the mobile app, but neither recognizes my printer as available.I need help getting my printer back online so I can re-enroll in InstantInk and get back to printing. The printer seems to be in working order otherwise, so I believe this is an issue with it connecting to my new WiFi network and communicating with my HP account. Since the service, the printer is now out of warranty.  Please let me know what information would be helpful in diagnosing and resolving this issue - appreciate your time and assistance.

Make sure your new wi-fi is 2.4GHz band because that is the only band printer can connect to. Use wi-fi setup mode to connect it with HP Smart app
