I purchased this printer in 2022 and it has basically been a paperweight. I am trying one more time, I realize this could be user error. Also, when I put my serial number ([Personal Information Removed]) in from this device to check warranty status, HP support says not found! This printer has worked successfully, for two days; when I first bought it. Then, it will not stay connected to WiFi, it errors out and I have no idea why. The printer has successfully been connected to the HP Smart App. On the HP Smart app, it says the tray is open, make sure paper installed and close. The paper is installed, still there is an error. The print will not stay connected to WiFi. Right now the printer is blinking orange on all the buttons except WiFi. When the printer is briefly connected, I ran diagnostics because the printer is also printing blank pages. Cleaned the print heads, still blank pages. Please help. I have used HP for decades but I’m done with this new technology. It’s costing me too much of my valuable time to operate what should be a plug and play device.
