HP DeskJet 2755 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

My HP DeskJet 2755 has stopped working on Windows 11 computer. It shows "driver is unavailable" error in Printers and Scanners window. When I attempted to update driver from Device Manager. It shows error that device driver is either not signed or not signed correctly. Has anyone seen similar error?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Try using the HP Smart app on win 11 PC.  

Else, can you download and install the HP FULL Solution Software for your operating system:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-deskjet-2700-all-in-one-printer-series...


Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
