HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2776 All-in-One Printer

I have the HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2776 All-In-One printer. It scans and prints A4 documents fine, but the issue is that when I try to Copy an A4 document, it cuts off the size of the copy at 8.5" x 11" after which it doesn't print. The bottom of the document is always cut-off and never to the A4 size.

What makes me confused is that it can scan the whole A4 without any issue but cannot copy the same document A4.

I have tried all these steps:

Factory reset the printer (both methods Embedded Web Server and using the printer power and cancel button)

Tried to copy without using the web interface

Check firmware update (is up to date)

The drivers on my laptop are up to date

Tried to setup the printer using HP smart app on an Android Phone and a Windows laptop, both didn't fix the issue.

Tried to copy without the using the app to setup, didn't fix the issue

I can't understand the issue.

Please help.

The bottom margin on that printer model is 12,7 mm everything under that margin is cut ( print and copy).
