During set up of a new printer, details above, I tried to add the printer to my HP ink plan I was asked for a code. followed instruction to print out code, print out did not include ePrint address or code. Followed more online instructions to check setting in Web Server but on getting to the page most actions are password locked. NO passwords were set during set up so how do I unlock these settings. This is a home system and there is no administrator on the system.

I understand you are not able to make changes to the settings on the printer. We need to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
