Product: HP DeskJet 2633 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I upgrade my PC to windows 11 Pro and since this operation,  my printer (HP Deskjet 2633)  connected by USB is no longer detected by the HP smart application  and the scanner function is no longer available.

The following error message is diplayed when I click on the scan button :

All troubleshooting  tips provided by HP and updating drivers did not resolve the issue.
