HP Recommended

I haven’t used my photo printer in a while. It used to work fine but today when I tried using it again, it won’t find the printer via the HP Smart APP. Wifi is on and strong. Wifi light is blinking blue. Have tried unplugging both and it still can’t find it. Bluetooth is on. I have exhausted my techy know-how and am in need of assistance. It’s an HP deskjet 3755. 

 

The virtual assistant provides instructions that aren’t fixing the issue. I am trying to use the HP Smart app via my iPhone.
