deskjet 4133e
Microsoft Windows 11

My Deskjet 4133e is connected to my wireless network. I can access its GUI via its IP Address. I can ping it successfully. An error occurs when I install the full feature drivers for it. 

In the HP Smart app the printer is seen and is installed there. I still cannot print.

 

Any suggestions on what I can do so I can print is appreciated.

To diagnose the error that occurs when installing your printer try with HP Print Doctor:
