I would like to share my experience of solving the problem of no options to select color / black and white printing. Also, I would like to report this issue to the HP developers.
This problem occur on all Windows 10 PC, with latest driver downloaded from HP website.
I reinstalled Windows 10 on my PCs. After that, I downloaded latest printer driver from HP website, and install it while the printer was connected to WiFi. The installation was success. But, I found that the option to select color / black and white printing was missing.
To solve this issue, follow the following steps:
1. Go to printer properties > port, saw the printer was using "WSD-xxxx.....", as follow:
2. Create another new TCP/IP port. Enter the IP address of the printer, and give a port name. If unsure the IP address of the printer, refer to the printer user manual, print the network information.
3. Change the printer port to the newly created TCP/IP port.
4. Click the "Apply" button, then close the printer properties dialog.
5. In "Devices and Printers", you will see the HP printer be separated to two. If you right click on these printers, you will see that one has "scan properties", another one has "printer properties". This is normal, just proceed to next step.
6. Select the HP printer thaReopen the printer properties, go to "Device Settings" tab.
7. Change the "Automatic Configuration" to "Update Now". Please note that you must complete the above steps first, or else this setting will not work. After you change the "Automatic Configuration" to "Update Now", it will be automatically reverted back to "Off", but this is normal, just proceed to the next step.
8. Click the "Apply" button, then close the printer properties dialog.
9. Open the printer preference, go to "Paper/Quality" tab, you will see the option to print in black & whilte / colour.
10. This step is optional. If you desire, in printer properties, you can change the printer port to WSD port. It will not affect the black & white / colour option.
To HP, each time, after reinstall Windows and the printer driver, I have to follow the above steps to see the options of printing in colour / black & white. Please fix this issue. Release a driver / firmware update to fix the issue. Next time, when I reinstall Windows operating system and the HP printer driver, I hope that I would not need to follow the above steps again.

Welcome to the HP Support Community
This is a driver issue.
I recommend you delete the driver at the root level and Install the drivers, follow the steps below:
Remove the USB if connected
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose `Delete' or `Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s")

Dear Raj1788,
Delete the driver and reinstall will not solve the problem. The only way to solve the problem is to change the printer port from WSD to TCP/IP.
I always use WiFi since the beginning. Never use USB at all, since the beginning. I do not have any other HP printer beside this one.
As mentioned, I did reinstall Windows. Reinstall Windows, means any previously installed printer drivers will also be automatically removed from the system. I think you understand this very well, right? After reinstall HP driver, this problem occur, until I change the printer port.
My request for you is just simple: report this issue to your developers, ask them to release an update that fix the issue.

Adding an alternate driver is a good idea, you may use the following steps to add an alternate printer driver:
1.) In Windows, search for and open Control panel, click Devices and Printers
2.) In the Devices and Printers folder right click on your HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4675 and left click on Printer Properties.
3.) Left click on the Advanced tab
4.) Left click on New Driver
5.) When the New Driver window opens just hit 'next' until you see a list of Manufacturers on the left and a list of Printers on the right.
6.) Select HP as the Manufacturer on the left
7.) Select HP Envy 7640 as the printer on the right. If HP Envy 7640 doesn't appear then select 'Windows Update' on the bottom left and once the update completes you will be able to select HP Envy 7640.
8.) After selecting HP Envy 7640 hit next to complete the New Driver Wizard
9.) Under the Printer Properties window select 'Apply' but don't hit OK
10.) Select the General tab
11.) Rename your printer back to HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4675.
12.) Hit OK.
Keep me posted, how it goes!

Why I have to do this extra thing?
I work as a programmer too. Each time, after a user report a bug, I work hard to fix the bugs and release updates, instead of asking the user to select another product. This is what a professional programmer will do.
I won't accept the solution of selecting driver of another printer model. It is the duty of HP driver developers to fix the bugs.
I requested for your company to release a new driver version for fixing the bug. Instead of passing my message / bug report to the developers, you ask me to select driver for another printer model? This is unacceptable.
I am so sorry to ask: what type of support is this?
The only accepted solution is HP release an updated driver which fix the issue.
I repeat my request again: Report this bug to your developers, and ask them to release a driver update which fix the bugs.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
