Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Deskjet Plus 4155 Prints only when Print Quality is in 'Draft'. It will not print when the Mode is Normal or Best. My ask is to print Quality print outs in Non-Draft Mode which doesn't work.

Tried the following,

1. Reset Printer to Factory settings

2. Turned off and restarted the Printer

3. Unplugged and connected the cable

4. Tried changing different Paper Sizes.

Nothing helped. Any suggestions to address this?

@Tyroon, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • Are you using the HP Smart app to print?

Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Now try printing. Do not use the HP Smart app. Open File > Print.

To know how to change the print settings, refer to - HP print settings guide (Windows, Mac)

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
