Hello guys, I am a System Engineer which was tasked with setting up a Papercut managed Printing system.

 

As per our Guidelines I changed the Administrator EWS Password on an E78625z a few weeks ago, though unfortunately my KeePass Database was since overwritten by mistake.

 

I tried Resetting the Settings/Configuration through the menu, but the IP and EWS Configuration does not get reset.

 

I also got into the "hidden Menu" (click on HP logo while boot) and tried the "Clear Administrator Password" and "Set Administrator Password" - both which have not had any effect on the EWS.

 

Is there any way to "truly factory reset" this printer?
