HP ENVY 4510 Series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The first problem was that my the printer's driver wasn't installing when I connected my laptop. so i went to the Product support site and installed the driver manually for my printer. now the problem is that when I print anything, it gets shrunk and moved to the top right corner.  the page is white so it blends in, but the labels are tiny.Scan0001.jpg
