Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A recent windows update initially deleted my printer - trying to reinstall but get the Driver unavailable message. I have tried following previous solutions but unable to connect to complete step 3 despite downloading all software etc.

Hello @HIGHAMI,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

1. Uninstalling the Printer Software (Windows) 

2. download only: HP ENVY 4520 series Print and Scan Driver and Accessories 

3. restart

4. close all apps

5. Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads click on the EXE, see above.
