Product: HP ENVY 4520

This message keeps occuring on my printer and I have undergone all the trouble shooting advised. ' Open ink cartridge access door, open the paper path door at the back , and then clera any paper jam,. Any suggestions please? I have even reset it!

I understand that you are facing an issue with your printer where paper jams occur frequently, is that right?

Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.
