I have an HP ENVY 4524 that until recently was working fine, however it now will not print in colour - but will copy and scan in colour. I have checked the settings before printing and colour is selected. Have plenty of coloured ink as it still copies in colour. Any suggestions?
The printer has also stopped automatically double siding - I have to manually feed the paper back in. This is annoying but if anyone can offer a quick fix I'd be grateful.

Thanks for the suggestion - I have cleaned the printheads and also aligned the printer but still not printing in colour.
I tried printing a photo which came out black & white, I tried again but checked the colour mode and this was black only. I therefore changed it for colour but it then showed an error message "changed to black ink only due to conflict with another printer setting" - however doesn't tell me which setting which is quite unhelpful so I am at a loss as to what I should now be changing/checking.
Any further suggestions?

Hello @Kayto18
In this case, it could be the print head that has worn out.
Check if it is still under warranty.
Best Regards
