I'm hopeful someone might have a suggestion since I've pretty much exhausted the online resources available. I completed my Windows 11 upgrade while at a different location with a different printer a couple months ago without any issues. Upon recently returning home and attempting to use my HP Envy 5660 printer, I cannot print. The message shows driver unavailable. I followed the steps instructing me to remove the printer and re-add it. Windows Updates did not provide any driver updates. I went to 123.hp.com and downloaded the recommended FULL feature software and drivers pack. I proceeded through the install and also loaded and used HP Smart app. I get all the way through and at the very end, I receive "We're sorry, we don't support this device or operating system" -- with a subscript message of "Currently, we don't support mobile setup from this device or operating system. Tap here for more options." And there aren't any that haven't been attempted.
I have verified that this printer is Windows 11 compatible per HP's site. I verified the printer itself works - both by printing from my mobile device and from the diagnostics prints from the printer's dashboard on the Smart app. The wireless connection is working fine. The printer cannot be found when trying to print from the computer. Also, others with newer computers with Windows 11 do not have any issues with finding/choosing/printing on the device.
Any suggestions? I was going to attempt, for the 3rd time, to remove and reload, but the error message at the very end has me concerned with the "...we don't support this device or OS...", even though the hp website states it's compatible. Thanks in advance for all assistance.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.
This seems like a driver limitation, refer to the driver page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-5660-e-all-in-one-printer-series/6809225/mo...
Firstly, let's try with the basic printer driver,
- Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Envy printer entries and uninstall them.
- Now go to Control panel – Devices and printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
- Then press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" and press enter.
- Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
- Again, go to run window, type – “c:/programdata” – Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
Re-install printer Basic drivers from the link: Click here
If the issue still continues, install the printer Full Feature Software and Drivers
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
