Hi, HP ENVY 5646 has stopped connecting to web services (unknown when this first occurred).
There are no issues with the internet, printer is definitely connected. Have looked at similar queries in the community pages and tried to fix using the same methods but have had no luck (e.g. restarting router and printer).
I have also disabled web services and tried to reconnect via both the EWS and the printer itself but have had no joy. When attempting on the printer itself, after a while, a message appears saying 'DNS/GATEWAY problem'
Anyone have any suggestions ?
Thanks

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to the web service, I am glad to assist you.
Restart the printer, router, and computer
- Resolve any error states by restarting network-connected devices.
- Turn off the printer.
- Disconnect any USB or Ethernet cables from the printer. These connection types can prevent the printer from connecting to the wireless network.
- Disconnect the power cord from the Wi-Fi router, wait fifteen seconds, reconnect the cord, and then wait for the lights to display a connected status.
- Restart the computer.
- Turn on the printer.
