I am having various errors with my printer. It is not a driver issue as the problem persists on multiple devices. Primary device is a laptop running Windows 10 (64-bit), but I also troubleshot with an iPhone and MacBook pro. Printing errors impact all 3 devices. I reset printer to factory settings, but the problems continue as follows: 1) color values print incorrectly, and 2) I cannot print a simple document via Microsoft Word, the printer simply shoots out a blank page with no text.

 

In addition to resetting printer to factory settings and removing the printer from my devices and then re-adding the printer, I checked ink levels, they are fine. I completed a test page via the printer's settings and the colors present as normal on the test print. However, when I print from various devices and use various file formats (jpg, pdf, etc), the colors values of the print do not match the digital image at all.  Even the grayscale tests I made have the wrong values (shadows and mid-tones that are present in the image vary dramatically from the print). Please advise.
