HP ENVY 6000ei
Microsoft Windows 11

I am unable to connect my HP ENVY 6000e printer to my internet service since I changed my service and have a new router. I tried using setup and reinstalling new printer and using WPS and Wi-fi Direct. I think I may need to do a Factory Reset to get rid of the old previous wi-fi connection  but I am unable to find instructions to do it.

Hi @Jacklsr,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that you are unable to connect to your new wifi router. I'd like to help!

Please follow the steps below.

You can refer to the link here for further instructions.

If that does not help follow the next steps below.

Function Button combination Instruction Complete product reset A complete product reset will clear all your personal data, settings, and network information from the printer. With the cartridge access door open, press and hold the Power button for at least five seconds. Restore factory defaults + Restoring the printer to factory defaults will remove all settings and functions previously set up on the printer. With the cartridge access door open, press and hold the Wi-Fi and Power buttons for at least three seconds.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
