HP ENVY 6420E printer configuration problem

HI,
My HP Envy 6420e printer, newly purchased last week, won't configure itself.

The configuration is incomplete and when I want to finish the configuration, HP smart tells me that it is offline. I turn it off and wait 60 seconds, turn it back on, but that doesn't change anything. Even with HP scan and doctor 5.0.15 it doesn't work.

I despair.

My husband and my brother also tried but they didn't succeed either.
Could you please help me?

If Wireless is off (not steady blue or purple) > First switch on Wireless (bottom button on back of printer)

Notes

The printer supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz but not at the same time.

If you have not done so,

If the router supports it,

Create a separate SSID named network for each frequency.

Connect the printer to the SSID network you want it to use.
