Hello. I know this has been asked several times, but I have a HP ENVY 7858 that is stuck on the first dot while loading. I have tried the standard reset procedures that entails of powering it off and unplugging it for 30, 1 minute , etc. That did not work. Please help. Thank you.

Hi @vedsharma83,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP ENVY 7858 printer is stuck on the loading screen and the standard reset procedures haven't resolved the issue, you can try the following steps.
Check for Obstructions: Ensure that there are no paper jams or foreign objects blocking the printer's mechanisms. Open the printer cover and check for any obstructions in the paper path.
Power Cycle: Perform a more thorough power cycle by following these steps:
- Turn off the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and from the power outlet.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the printer and the power outlet.
- Turn on the printer.
Update Firmware: Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer. Visit the HP support website, enter your printer model, and download the latest firmware if available. Follow the instructions provided to update the firmware.
Connectivity Issues: Make sure the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If it's a wireless printer, check the Wi-Fi connection and ensure it is connected to the correct network.
Factory Reset: Perform a factory reset as a last resort. Keep in mind that a factory reset will erase any custom settings, so use this option only if necessary. The steps for a factory reset may vary, so refer to your printer's user manual or visit the HP support website for specific instructions.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
