HP Recommended

I have a HP ENVY laptop 17-choxx running Windows 11 Pro 64-Bit w/ 32GB of memory.  I am trying to use my Brother MFC-9125CN printer but my laptop will not recognize it.  I have tried everything.  I know the printer works fine and the USB cable is fine.  I have no problems printing from my work laptop which is a MacBook Pro but I will soon be losing access to that computer.  I need to get this working.  Please HELP!
