Hi, I have had my Envy 4250 printer for over 4 years and all ahs been fine until recently it has started "waking up" at all hours of the night, and the bright screen light is annoying, now it has started printing configuration pages at 2am, really really annoying, anyone had similar, HP help is a chocolate teapot so no use as they don't recognise printer serial number

Hi no pc connected used on wi fi from mobile phone, but now printer just has a blue screen when switch on so now unusable

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this bluescreen issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
