Product: HP ENVY 4501 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I GET THE ERROR TO ADD MAC ADDRESS OF PRINTER TO LIST OF PERMITTED DEVICES FOR YOUR WIRELESS ROUTER BEFORE CONTINUING. ONE PANELIST SUGGESTED TO DELETE THE PRINTER ALL TOGETHER AND I DID. NOW I CANT REINSTALL IT BECAUSE IT WON'T CONNECT TO WIFI BECAUSE OF THE SAME ERROR. SO NOW I CAN'T EVEN DOWNLOAD THE NEW DRIVERS. I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING AND THE HP HELP IS NO HELP AT ALL. I UNINSTALLED AND NOW IM SCREWED. LORD HELP ME.

I understand that you are unable to download drivers and are asking got to add the Mac address correct?  I'd like to help!

 

What is the Os you are currently using?

Is the Mac address means the IP address you are referring to?
