Product: HP Color LaserJet Managed MFP E87640-E87660dn - Base Product 40-60 ppm

We use a number of printers of type Color LaserJet MFP E87640. We find the 'scheduled restart' option on the Troubleshooting page to be a useful feature. But we note that some devices don't display the option. All are running HP FutureSmart 4. Is there a configuration setting somewhere to activate this option?

 

See following screenshots for comparison, the 1st one has the option displayed. It's missing from the 2nd one.
