HP Color LaserJet Flow E87650
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I'm trying to download the Mac drivers for a LaserJet Flow E87650 so I can use the stored print function.

I visit the support page for the printer. The first link sends me to the Mac app store. I don't have the user's iCloud password so I can't proceed. The second link prompts me to install the HP EasyStart. I download the application and run through through the setup process. After selecting the printer, I am told that the software is out of date and I am redirected to the Mac app store. I try to use the HP Easy Admin app instead. I download and run the app (not sure why an application is needed to show a list of driver downloads? Can't they just be listed on the support site?). I enter the model of the printer. It auto completes and I select it from the list. After searching for 30 seconds it informs me it cannot find drivers and helpfully links me to hp.com/support to begin the process again. Do the drivers even exist?

Hi,

Please follow below version of HP Easy Start, as soon as it launches open the top HP Easy Start menu and select Uninstall HP Software.

Follow the steps on screen and then click on Set Up New Device and follow the steps to reinstall the printer:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip

As soon as HP Easy start prompts to install HP Smart, close HP Easy Start and press the Skip to Software Download button, then follow the steps on screen to complete the installation and check for any difference.
