Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

HP Easy Start is recommending that I download HP Easy Scan Version 1.10.0.13. On the "Connecting..." screen, I receive an error message stating that it can't be downloaded and advising me to check my network connection. There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with my network.

 

Easy Start is downloaded and installed
