Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

I am trying to set up HP Easy start. The page I am for set up on says "HP Product Study is a research program that allows HP to improve products to better meet customer needs." I clicked the bubble for " in home personal use."  There is a space to type below,  but I am unsure what I need to type in to continue the set up.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
