Please direct me to the solution. My printer is no longer working due to not being allowed to install the latest update.

Hello!

I'm having the same issue but found that I can install the HP Smart app to set up and use the printer. Here's the document I found: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1716406-1413451-16. I know a lot of HP printers support Apple AirPrint. Here's a doc at that too -- https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1994828-1994872-16.

I hope this helps until HP can figure out what's going on with HP Easy Start.

Thanks so much.

I found that the old installation had left certain markers in print options e.g. the new printer was listed as an option in the printer list.

I think maybe I have that app installed too.

I will check out the article too, thanks heaps!
