HP En vy 4520 Will Not Print in Color

Nothing will make my printer print in color. I just did a factor reset and a print alignment directly from the printer menu and it still prints only in black and white. This is with brand new cartridges. This is clearly not a software issue, it's a hardware issue.

What can I do to fix it?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
