Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Option to print in color is suddenly not available anywhere. No error messages. Uninstalled printer and re-installed, still no color option. B+W printing fine.

Hi,

Please check for any optional updates of the operating system, look for HP within the Optional Updates section and be sure to confirm any available update, then check for any difference:

 

To check for optional updates, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > View optional updates. Select the type of optional non-security updates to get and complete its installation.
