My printer worked fine with my LG laptop for several months through wireless WIFI connection to router integral to modem supplied by Spectrum cable provider. Three days ago the Wifi connection was lost and the printer now is offline. How can I get it to reconnect to my Wifi network?
I have tried rebooting laptop and turning printer off and then back on with no results. I also removed the printer from my laptop and then reinstalled it. Again it didn't fix the problem.

Hello,
Try the following solution:
- Restart your Box
- On the printer control panel, press the Wireless button (
).
- Press Settings.
- Press Down button (
), and then press Restore Network Settings. Click Yes for the message "Do you really want to restore the factory default network settings?".
- Press the Up button (
), and then press Wireless Setup Wizard.
- Press the name of your network, then enter your wireless network security key and validate.
- Once the network connection has been established, press OK.
Do not hesitate to contact us in case of need.
Best regards,
