Product: HP Envy 45
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I just set up my new HP Envy 4520 using USB to connect to my iMac which is right next to it on the desk.  I then tried to set up my Macbook using WIFI but got a message that says it can't locate the printer.  The MacBook is OS 10.13.2.  I can print from my iPhone and iPad without a problem.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

HP Envy 4520 is not a multitasking printer, you can connect USB for one computer and wireless for other devices but printer won't work at the same time.

 

Looks like your iPhone and iPad use Direct printing function. Please use the following setup for your computer

 

          http://www8.hp.com/au/en/ads/mobility/wireless-direct-printing.html
