HP Recommended

I've read all the previous posts on this issue. I've tried all the proposed steps to enable the printer to print in color. I've removed and reinstalled the printer and drivers. Yet I still do not have the option to choose between printing in color vs B&W. I had this capability prior to purchasing a new desktop. OS is Windows 11

If I print a test page, it will print in color.
