HP Envy 4527
Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Envy 4527 printer has stopped printing in colour and now only prints in black and white. I have inserted a new colour toner cartridge and the alignment page printed in colour but printing from my laptop is still only B&W. This seems to have started since I upgraded my laptop to Windows 11. Have other people had this problem and does anyone know of a fix?

Update:

Using the HP virtual assistant I was instructed to create a TCP/IP port through the printer properties settings.  THIS SOLVED THE PROBLEM. It was not always easy to follow as the diagrams did not correspond exactly with my display (differences between Windows 10 and Windows 11 not helping here - maybe the virtual assistant needs an update), however perseverance won the day.  Hope this helps anyone else out there with a similar issue,
