Microsoft Windows 11

My desktop computer connects wirelessly to my HP Envy 5000 series, but my laptop is unable to see it even when I put in the IP Address and/or Host name. I'm afraid to reset my printer and lose the one connection I have.

Have you made any changes to your printer software or OS changes?

 

Update the firmware
