I have hP Envy 5010, it's worked perfectly until now. I'm trying to print a PowerPoint in Booklet format and also some word documents, it will send them via HP Smart print, the page will come through blank (just 1, not the 12 page document) and HP Smart will then say "job cancelled" even though it isn't.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled HP Smart, the drivers for the printer twice, restarting between each step. I have also tried printing some other documents I.e. word pad at it is 1 out 3 or 4 for those, it might print one, but the rest of the time it's just blank pages. I have cleaned and aligned the cartridges and also checked for paper jams. It will print the status and alignment pages. I've printed from O365 multiple times before and it's just stopped.

Welcome to the HP English Community --
HP Smart does not support printing Word / Office documents -- if you want to use HP Smart, the document format must be PDF.
The Full Feature Software / full driver printer software is needed to print Word and other Office Document formats.
and
It is necessary that the correct "Printer" / driver be selected during job configuration.
For example,
Do not neglect to choose the right printer / driver during setup.
Set up a default driver selection in Printer Properties
- If the Printer Driver or HP Smart Printing are selected - the job may work - HP Smart Printing is compatible with the printer software
- If the IPP / Windows drivers are selected, the job might fail -- Windows drivers are not suited for this type of document printing.

If you have already reinstalled the full driver,
If the correct printer / driver is selected during job configuration,
then
The issue is perhaps elsewhere, perhaps in your Office software suite.
What?
Printer software supports printing in Office -- Office must be in a condition to configure and send the job to the printer software.
You can also Export your Word document(s) to PDF format and print using free Adobe Reader DC.
Reader is adaptable and can print Booklet format.

Printer - Full Feature Software
If you have not yet done so, install the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software.
HP Full Feature Software / Full Driver printer software - supports printing and scanning from the web, printing in in other software and programs (for example, Word), and provides access to the full range of Printing Preferences / Shortcuts. The full driver generally adds at one, possibly least one, possibly two shortcuts to the Desktop: Printer Assistant, HP Scan Assistant, and/or HP Scan.
NOTES:
HP Scan is not installed if the printer does not support Scan.
The Printer Assistant is not installed if the type of full driver software does not support it. If the printer model includes built-in Fax hardware, the software supports the setup and use of the Fax driver.
No Sign-in required to use full driver printer software.
Reinstalling?
- Uninstall existing full driver printer software from Programs and Features.
- If your printer includes a separate "help" in Programs and Features, uninstall that, too.
- Restart the computer and log in.
- If the printer is connected to the computer using a printer USB cable, remove / disconnect the cable before loading the software.

If / When asked, opt for the Full Driver / Full Software to be installed.
If using a printer USB cable, connect the cable when asked to do so, near the end of the installation process.
After the software is installed, Restart the computer and sign in.
======================================
The installation of the full driver generally adds at least one or more shortcuts to the Desktop.
Note: Printer Assistant, HP Scan Assistant, and HP Scan are dependent on printer model and supported software options.
- Printer Assistant – Where still supported as part of the full driver printer software
- HP Scan Assistant – For those printers that no longer provide the Printer Assistant
- HP Scan – Shortcut on Desktop named for the printer model
- When installed, HP Universal Scan software adds a separate self-named “HP Scan” shortcut
Printer Assistant shortcut > Tab Scan > Manage Scan to Computer > Enable
Or
HP Scan Assistant shortcut > Manage Scan to Computer > Enable
