Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

The mobile phone App - HP Smart cannot find my printer

The printer had been working fine until the other day 

The Wifi is set up properly as I can connect via Wifi on my Laptop but it will not connect to my Samsung A24 mobile

I have removed and reinstalled the App twice with no sucess 

I only discovered this when I tried to scan something to my mobile phone

Try to install the next printer addon for your Android device:

Then try again to find your printer on the HP Smart app.
